Readme for ssd1289 custom component for Matrix Multimedia Flowcode 4 for PIC.

Install:
backup your existing PIC_custom_2.c component at the Flowcode components directory.
copy the new PIC_custom_2.c component at the Flowcode components directory.

Use:
The component have following macros.
Set Forecolor (red 0-31/green 0-63/blue 0-31) -> sets the print color when transparent bit is set 0
Set back color(red 0-31/green 0-63/blue 0-31) ->sets the print color when transparent bit is set 0, and the color of cleared display.
Clear display-> clears the display at the back color
Plot pixel -> prints pixel at the forecolor
Draw rect -> draws rectangle (x,y) is upper left corner, transparent (0= forecolor,1=backcolor)
Draw line -> draws line between 2 points (x1,y1-x2,y2).
Print number -> prints a number (x,y) is upper left corner, fontwidht and fontheight is fontsize (1,1, is 8x6 pix, 2,2 is 16,12pix, etc.) transparent (0= forecolor,1=backcolor)
Print string -> prints a string (x,y) is upper left corner, fontwidht and fontheight is fontsize (1,1, is 8x6 pix, 2,2 is 16,12pix, etc.) transparent (0= forecolor,1=backcolor)
Notice! there is some kind of bug, keep the stringlenght bigger than string, otherwise the last char is printed twice.
There is also print strin and number at big font, the only difference is that the 1,1 fontsize is 24x21 pix, but this font looks bad.

Defines:
The portrait/landscape orientation is selected by software, default is landscape, if need to change portrait, put the code "LCD_Orientation = 1;" at the c code block, at the program start.
The data and control ports and pins are defined on custom component ext properties.

DATA HI PORT port (this is the port where the disp d8-d15 pins are connected like porta)
DATA HI TRIS	tris (this is the tris where the disp d8-d15 pins are connected like trisa)
DATA LO PORT port (this is the port where the disp d0-d7 pins are connected like portb)
DATA LO TRIS	tris (this is the tris where the disp d0-d7 pins are connected like trisb)
CONTROL PORT	port (this is the port where the disp control pins are connected like porta)
CONTROL TRIS	tris (this is the tris where the disp control pins are connected like trisc)
CS this is the pin number where the display CS is connected
CD this is the pin number where the display CD is connected
RD this is the pin number where the display RD is connected
RW this is the pin number where the display RW is connected

BE SURE THAT THE ORDER IS JUST LIKE THAT!

Some else notice.
The component uses 8080 bus 16bit width, at 16bit color, so make sure that your display is set at that mode (the ps3-ps0 pins in hardware)...
Make sure that the print stays on display area, the code dont do that, if it goes over, stange thing may happened...

If anything to ask, or there is some bug at the code, at the Matrix Multimedia support forum has topic about this component.
Or PM me, user Mikat.
